Fleet Training

All drivers will take a 25 - 30 minute assessment Risk Assessment test. These results will allow the trainer to deliver a short briefing to set objectives for the session. The trainer will then identify and respond to the individual drivers training needs.

In Car training will usually take place with either one or two drivers per instructor to maximise the benefit and time behind the wheel for the driver.

Where there is more than one driver in the vehicle, the learning process is continued during the non-driving period, as the non driver is actively included.
